Richard Sadlier has urged Lions fans to come out and help raise much-needed funds for the Meningitis Charity Trust at a Gala Evening here at The Den this Sunday 12th July (6pm - midnight).
Former striker Sads, who has a benefit match of his own on Saturday 1st August against Middlesbrough, will be flying over from Ireland to join Lions stars both past and present, along with former boss John Docherty for this special night.
"It's great to have evenings like this that bring people together for such a good cause," he said. "It would be good to see lots of Lions fans here helping to raise money for such a worthwhile charity."
Tickets, which cost just £20, includes a hot buffet, with entertainment provided by a live and band and disco.
