We are delighted to announce that for the 2009/10 season, Millwall's home reserve games will be played at Princes Park, home of Dartford Football Club.
And to celebrate our new working partnership, The Lions be playing a pre-season friendly at Dartford's superb facility in Darenth Road on Tuesday 28th July (7.45pm).
Lions MD Andy Ambler said: "We are delighted to have agreed this tie-up between the two clubs which will mean us playing our home reserve games in the evening at 7pm.
This is a great opportunity to reach out to our supporters in Kent and the south east to see our reserve games.
I would like to thank Bill Archer and all at Dartford for their help and we look forward to a good relationship."
Darts co-chairman Bill Archer added: "Millwall is a great club with a growing reputation for supporting football in the community and they were attracted by our fantastic facilities at Princes Park.
In turn, we were impressed by their willingness to work with us to improve aspects of our business on and off the pitch.
I think Millwall recognised that we are a growing club with a great set-up and their signing of former Dartford favourite Dave Martin shows that we are serious about finding and devloping talent.
That fits perfectly with their own ambitions. The relationship we have forged is a a true partnership that will benefit both clubs. I really look forward to working with them."
Admission prices for all home reserve games will be just £3 adult and £1 concessions (U16s and Over 60s).
Information for the pre-season friendly between the Darts and Lions, which will be all-ticket, will be available from early June on 01322 299 990.
