Smells like team spirit

Marcus Bignot will have to wait for his first taste of League One action this season with injury ruling the experienced right-back out of contention for the trip to Oldham Athletic on Saturday.
But Marcus, 33, will be with the team in spirit - if not body - when Kenny Jackett's side kick-off the new campaign at Boundary Park.
And it is the strong team spirit developed and nurtured during a
tough pre-season that will hold The Lions in good stead this coming campaign.
So says Biggy, who explained: "I have noticed a change in the players' attitudes.
This year they are determined to put things right.. Last year was not good enough and although a lot of that was down to injuries, we under-achieved.
The last two seasons the start has not been good enough and the lads are determined to put that right.
The gaffer told us at the end of last season that we would be training three times a day in pre-season, and although it was a bit of a shock, it really helped.
It was a bit of an experience setting my alarm clock for half past five in the morning - we finally worked harder than the fans! - but hopefully we will see the rewards at the start of the season.
There is such a strong focus amongst us on getting a good start as it sets us up for the rest of the campaign.
If there is going to be a surprise team in this division, it will be us."
