Send in a stamped self-addressed envelope to Ticket Office, Millwall FC, the Den, Zampa Road, London SE16 3LN with your payment and request.

BY PHONE
You can call TicketMaster 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 0870 403 3357. Calls charged at national rate.

IN PERSON
You can visit The Den between 9.30am-5pm Monday to Friday or on HOME matchday Saturdays from 9.30am.
