Families holidaying with Thomas Cook this summer are in for a real treat with the launch of Splash Kids.
Fully qualified, UK swimming instructors will be on hand to offer swimming lessons to children at all levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
The travel favourite has introduced this great new activity to selected Sunstar Resorts and they're available this summer until 1st September.
And the fun doesn't stop there - as footie fever spreads across Europe following the Euro 2008 championship, Sunstar Resort Soccer Schools are running football programmes for boys and girls of all ages, so that they too can learn to "Bend it Like Beckham."
As well as swimming lessons and football coaching, kids can test their showbiz skills in Superstar Stage schools.
"Splash Kids is something we decided to introduce following feedback from our customers.
There was demand for a swimming based activity, so we have brought in qualified swimming instructors to teach children according to their level of skill," said Tony Hopkins, Director of Product, Thomas Cook. "Our Sunstar resorts offer a range of entertainment and activities for all of the family and swimming and football are just part of the great family fun that's on offer. "
In addition to learning a new skill, children will also be able to fine tune their reading - those taking part in Splash Kids and SoccerSchool will receive a free book as well as activity-themed goodies such as goggles, ear plugs, and a host of other treats.
