Nadjim Abdou became manager Kenny Jackett's third signing of the summer when he put pen to paper on a two-year deal last Thursday.
And the tough-tackling former Plymouth Argyle midfielder couldn't wait to meet his new team-mates and get stuck into training for the first time over the weekend, despite the 7.30am start!
"It was a bit difficult to wake up in the morning, but I am very pleased to be here!" said Nadjim, who picked up the nickname Jimmy during his spell at Plymouth.
"I played at Plymouth for one year but Millwall is a big club and a good team for me.
I will try to do my best for the club and am ready for the new season. I hope it is a great season for the team and I will try to do my best to make it successful."
