Jay Simpson has been voted the PFA Player of the Year for Coca-Cola League One.
Flying young striker Jay has been on a season-long loan at Millwall from Arsenal and proved a big hit with the fans.
The 19-year-old is currently joint top scorer, with his stunning strike against Carlisle United on Saturday his eighth goal of the campaign.
Jay's contribution has been valuable, not least using his breathtaking pace and silky skills to bamboozle the opposition.
Having twice won the monthly PFA award in November and March, this latest accolade provides Jay with a nice hat-trick!
