Millwall may have got the league campaign off to a rip-roaring start against Bristol Cirty on Saturday, but manager Kenny Jackett is aware of the potential pitfalls of tonight's Carling Cup clash at Wycombe Wanderers.
Gary Waddock's outfit were the only team to beat Millwall at The Den last season, and completed the double with a hard-fought 1-0 win at Adams Park on 20th February in a game that also saw striker Neil Harris miss a penalty.
"They are a bit of a bogey side after last season," said Kenny, "but we must concentrate on our own preparations, get the win and get a bit of a run going.
Our performance at Bristol City showed promise; we played well but we have to move on quickly now and focus fully on Wycombe."
Chairboys boss Gary Waddock is eager to maintain his 100 per cent winning record against The Lions, adding: "Doing well in League Two is obviously our priority, but we want to win every game we play and this is no exception.
Millwall are a strong, well organisd team from two divisions above and will provide a good indication of how much we'e improved from last season."
* If tonight's game finishes level after 90 minutes, there would be 30 minutes of extra time. If the two teams are still level at the end of 120 minutes, penalties will follow.
