Loan signing Bryan Hodge and recalled striker Ben May go straight into the squad for Saturday's lunchtime clash with Hartlepool United at The Den (kick-off 1pm).
The treatment room at the Millwall training ground has been heavily populated this week, but Richard Shaw and Colin West hope the majority of the short-term casualties will be fit to play.
Colin explained: "We had Bryan watched a couple of times earlier in the season, and I've spoken to people both at Blackburn and Mansfield where he was on loan last season.
The reports were all good, and although with Dave Brammer and Danny Spiller missing we could have done with a little more experience in midfield, I'm confident Bryan will do a good job for us.
Ben has also come back to us to provide an extra forward option.
The way things have been going for us recently injury-wise we need every fit and available player we can get, but in Ben's case, after a little spell at Scunthorpe where he was involved in five Championship games, he has the chance to prove he can do a job for Millwall again."
