Millwall boss Ian Holloway has added to his attacking options by signing Austrian international striker Stefan Maierhofer on a short-term contract until the end of the season.
Boss Ollie has seen his front-line depleted with DJ Campbell, Jermaine Easter and most recently Steve Morison, who sustained a neck injury in Tuesday's defeat at Blackpool, all struggling ahead of Saturday's Den derby with Charlton.
Stefan, who stands at just under 6ft 8in tall, has been without a club since leaving German side FC Köln last summer. He has had previous experience of playing in England though, having featured in the Premier League for Wolves during the 2009-10 season after a £1.8m-move from Rapid Vienna.
The 31-year-old trained with his new team-mates on Thursday and this morning, and could go straight into the Millwall squad for Saturday's game. He will wear squad number 42.
Meanwhile, young defender Will De Havilland has today joined Histon on a youth loan until the end of the season.
