Millwall have signed highly rated Wolves midfielder Jed Wallace on loan for a month.
Wallace moved to Molineux from Portsmouth in the summer and has so far featured seven times for Kenny Jackett's side. He made his senior debut for Pompey back in August 2012 - the first of 121 appearances at Fratton Park inside just three seasons. During that time Wallace netted 30 goals, including 17 in the last campaign alone, which ensured that he finished as the club's top scorer for the second consecutive season. He was also selected in the PFA's League Two Team of the Year for 2015.
The attacking midfielder, who can operate in a central position or out wide and is a former England U19 international, will wear squad number 25 and is eligible for Millwall's game away to Oldham Athletic this Saturday.
Neil Harris told millwallfc.co.uk: "Jed had an outstanding season in 2014/15, as he did the year before, which meant that a long list of clubs were interested in him last summer.
"He is certainly a player who we would liked to have signed permanently in the summer but Wolves won the race for his signature.
"We're delighted to get Jed on board. He has real ability, is a hard working boy, and is desperate to play football and score some goals for Millwall.
"Jed will provide good competition in the midfield area over the next few weeks."
