Opening for Financial Controller available

Millwall Community Trust are advertising for the position of Financial Controller.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this multi-faceted role holds responsibility for developing and managing the finance control function of the Trust's charitable work. 

It will provide functional support to the MCT Leadership team and will support MCT strategic development business activity, particularly the effective administration, financial control and the evaluation of programmes.

The post holder will work closely to ensure that all programmes deliver maximum productivity and revenue.

The role specifically requires a qualified accountant who has a detailed understanding of SORPS and a passion for charitable accounting.

They must have at least three years experience in a similar financial management role, excellent knowledge and experience of finance software and excellent numeracy and budget management skills.

The individual will currently have full, enhanced DBS certification.
